Baby Jeremiah

Note to all: Don't get mono, it wipes ya out! Sorry for the lack of posts, but I do have several sessions ready if I can just get them uploaded.

Our great friends Ben and Valerie had baby boy #2 a couple months ago. Welcome to the world, Baby Jeremiah!

Big brother Abraham is extremely protective and interested in his new little brother. He gets lots of kisses all day long!

If he looks mischievous, it's because he is!

Hey Jude...

Meet Baby Jude. He was having a bit of a rough day when we took these pictures, but don't worry - he's fine now. :) Jude's dad just accepted a job as a student pastor at a church in Mississippi, so we have since had to say good-bye to this beautiful baby boy. Andy and Melanie, we love you and miss you. God bless you in your ministry!

Daddy knew just the trick...

Abraham - A Boy Through and Through

Some of our best friends here in Louisville are Ben & Valerie, and they have the cutest little boy. Last weekend I borrowed him for a little sleepover so that Mom and Dad could get a break. I know you aren't supposed to play favorites, but if I was going to have a favorite little boy... Abraham might be my pick. :)

I said, "No, Abraham, don't touch the pen."
And he immediately held it out as if to say, "Please take them away! I don't want to get in trouble!"

His toy of choice? A plastic cup, of course!

So serious!

For months I have attempted to teach this boy to say my name. I hear reports from his mom and dad that he will say "becca" at home, but when I am around he will only call me "kaka, kaka, kaka." Yep, he thinks it's funny too...!
